The story behind Le Pilier
Not that long ago, I was winging it. A serious injury put me down physically, and it caused collateral damage everywhere else: my job took a hit, my finances followed, and my relationship eventually cracked under the weight of it all. I wasn't a bad guy. I was just a guy holding up one pillar at a time, thinking that was enough.
When everything fell apart at once, I realized it wasn't a coincidence. A man who neglects his body eventually loses his mind along with it. A man who neglects his anchor ends up improvising his decisions. A man who neglects his family ends up alone, even surrounded by people. These aren't 4 separate battles. It's the same battle, on 4 fronts.
I'm not saying this from some higher ground. Faith and Fitness are still the two pillars where I'm fighting hardest, to this day. Le Pilier isn't a guy who has it all figured out talking to guys who don't. It's the structure I wish I'd had before everything cracked, and the one I'm building now, one day at a time, alongside the men who follow along.
Looking around, I realized I'm far from the only one. Plenty of men work hard, provide, and stay, but hold up one pillar while the other 3 crack in silence. Le Pilier doesn't exist to sell empty motivation, or to play some alpha vibe. It's a structure on 4 foundations, for men who want to stop winging it.
